In 2020, we became an authorised limited liability partnership (LLP), recognised for our specialised skills, connections, and accessibility. GMGB Acquisition

Acuatus, a boutique intellectual property firm, has merged with GMGB.  Founded by Alistair Payne, a leading IP practitioner in the Irish market, the practice focuses on both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property law. With a particular focus on pharmaceutical patent litigation, trade mark and passing-off litigation, brand protection and domain name disputes, the practice  complements GMGB’s existing IP expertise and allows us to offer clients the benefit of a market-leading depth of Irish and international experience across the specialised intellectual property field.
