Decision Making Representation

Gleeson McGrath Baldwin LLP helps clients in applying to court for a decision-making representative order when someone close to them has lost mental capacity and does not have an Enduring Power of Attorney. A Decision-Making Representative is appointed by the court under the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015 to make decisions on behalf of the relevant person who lacks capacity to make those decisions themselves. We offer practical and compassionate guidance through the entire process.
